  • All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Processing time may vary during sales, new collection releases, or high-volume periods, but we always strive to keep delays to a minimum.

  • In cases where authentication or additional verification is required, we will contact you directly before dispatch.


2. Packaging and Handling

Due to the delicate nature of vintage currency and stamps, every item is individually packed using secure, tamper-proof materials to ensure its safety during transit.

  • Currency notes are packed using protective sleeves or holders.

  • Stamps are packaged with moisture-resistant material and rigid support to avoid bending.

  • All packages include a detailed invoice and, when applicable, certificates of authenticity.

We take extra care to preserve the condition of every collectible, ensuring it arrives to you in the same state as advertised.


3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier and postal services to deliver items locally and internationally. The available shipping options may include:

Domestic Shipping (within [Your Country]):

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Airmail: 10–20 business days

  • Tracked International Courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS): 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

7. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses

  • Domestic shipping to P.O. boxes is available via standard post only.

  • International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes due to courier restrictions.

  • Please provide a valid physical address for express or tracked courier services.


8. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international buyers:

  • Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
